Used to lay cement-lime plasters with the use of machines (plastering units) on I-II surface categories, inside and outside buildings. The product is classified as light plaster mortar (GP type), with compression strength of CS III category (3.5-7.5 N/mm2) and Wc1 water absorption category. It can be used after the previous placement of a priming layer (so-called rough coat), made with Greinplast ZTP mortar.
Packaged in 25kg containers.
The mortar should be applied with plastering units with a single mixing chamber, available on the market. The water level in the rotameter should be selected in such a way that it will correspond to ca. 5.5 l per 25 kg of mixture. The applied mortar should have a dense-plastic consistency and should not run down the surface. Attention should be paid so that water is not added in excess, as this may considerably worsen the plaster strength parameters.
Show moreThe temperature of the base and its surroundings during the application and drying should be between 5°C and +30 °C. Optimum temperature during application: +20°C. The processing times may be subject to considerable variations under the influence of adverse thermal and moisture conditions. The plaster-covered surfaces should be protected against frost and drying too fast, by covering them with meshes, films, water-sprinkling etc.
