Used to lay cement-lime plasters with the use of machines (plastering units) on I-III surface categories, inside buildings. The product is classified as light plaster mortar (LW type), with compression strength of CS II category (1.5-5.0 N/mm2) and Wc0 water absorption category. It can be used after the previous placement of a priming layer (so-called rough coat), made with Greinplast ZTP mortar.
Packaged in 30kg containers.
The mortar should be applied with plastering units with a single mixing chamber, available on the market. The water level in the rotameter should be selected in such a way that it will correspond to ca. 8.5 l per 30 kg of mixture. Attention should be paid so that water is not added in excess, as this may considerably worsen the plaster strength parameters. The mortar should be applied in horizontal belts, from wall top to bottom. The applied mortar should be levelled perpendicularly to the application direction, using h-type floating rule. After initial mortar setting, sprinkle some water onto the surface, than float-finish, using EPS, felt or sponge trowels, depending on the desired surface texture.
Show moreThe temperature of the base and its surroundings during the mortar application and drying should be between +5°C and +30°C. The plaster-covered surfaces should be protected against drying too fast and moisture. Tools should be washed with water directly after the completion of works.
