Can be used to form hydro-insulation layers in underground sections of buildings and edifices (continuous footing, foundations etc.), and to form insulation layers under flooring in basements, terraces, balconies, floors laid on the ground in basements and garages. The mortar may also be used to glue EPS and XPS panels on vertical surfaces. ATTENTION!!! Do not use in rooms with permanent human presence.
Packaged in 20, 10 & 5kg containers.
GLUING EPS PANELS: Apply the mass in spots (ca. 10-12 spots per a 0.5 m2 panel), or with a toothed trowel. Once glue is applied, press the panel against the base. Gluing should begin from the excavation bottom.
HOW TO MAKE HYDRO-INSULATION: The mass should be applied with a metal trowel at a thickness 1-1.5 mm, minimum in two layers (subsequent layers should be applied when the previous one is dry – 1 mm dries in ca. 24 hours*). Make plaster coves in corners; next, immerse polypropylene fabric at this place. Follow the same procedure at spots where base cracks occur.
The temperature of the base and its surroundings during the application and drying should be between +5°C and +35°C. The optimal application temperature is +20°C. The specified processing times may vary under the influence of adverse thermal and moisture conditions. Areas exposed to soiling should be secured. Any stains should be washed away with water before they dry up. Dry stains should be removed with organic solvents.
