Used to form construction sealing in e.g. glass, glazing, sinks, door and window gaps – especially those made of wood. It can also be used to seal ventilation ducts, to make contact and overlapping joints of zinc, copper, brass, lead etc. Its neutral character makes it an excellent product to fill in gaps between bathtubs and shower pans made of acrylic or PVC, and other surfaces. After hardening, the mass is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation and temperature fluctuations between -40oC and +150oC. Can be used both inside and outside buildings.

Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun. Before use, cut off the tube tip above the thread, put the dispenser in place and cut it to size, to match the joint thickness. Place the cartridge in the dispenser and apply the sealant. The recommended ratio between the joint width and depth is 1:1. In deep gaps, use a closed-cell backer rod. If in doubt, contact the technical department. Avoid soiling of joint edges. In order provide safety and obtain a straight joint line, cover the surrounding area with a masking tape, which must be removed immediately after the joint has been processed. Joints should be smoothened with a soap solution, before skin is formed. Processing time up to 5 minutes. Wash soiled spots with painter’s naphtha directly after use.
Show moreThe temperature of the base and its surroundings during the application and drying should be between +5°C and +30°C. The specified processing times may vary under the influence of adverse thermal and moisture conditions. Areas exposed to soiling should be secured.
