Used to lay thin-layer cement finishing coats inside and outside buildings. The product is classified as single-layer plaster mortar (OC type), with compression strength of CS VI category (>6.0 N/mm2) and W1 water absorption category. It can be applied on mineral bases, such as: cement, cement-lime, and lime plasters, lime, smooth and even concrete surfaces, drywalls etc.
Packaged in 20 kg containers.
Preparation of mortar: Empty the package (20 kg) into ca. 6.5-7.0 l of clean, cool water and stir well until a smooth mass is obtained. The volume of water should be identical for each package. The working consistency should be adapted to the weather condition and base absorbability. The mortar achieves its full working properties in 5 minutes, after which it should be stirred again. Identical consistency is obtained by means of re-stirring, not by adding water. The usability time of mortar mixed with water depends on ambient conditions, however, it is not longer than 2 hours.
Execution: Mortar should be applied manually or with plastering units. Stainless tools must be used in mortar application. Distribute the mass evenly on the base. The recommended layer thickness is 1 mm, locally 3 mm. The next layer can be applied after the pervious one has dried off. Any uneven spots should be smoothened with abrasive paper.
The temperature of the base and its surroundings during the application and drying should be between 5°C and +30 °C. Optimum temperature during application: +20°C. The processing times may be subject to considerable variations under the influence of adverse thermal and moisture conditions. The plaster-covered surfaces should be protected against frost and drying too fast, by covering them with meshes, films, water-sprinkling etc.
