Used to apply a priming layer under thin-layer, silicate decorative plasters in order to increase their adhesion to the base, reduce the likelihood of stain formation in the plaster layer, and equalise water absorbability and water resistance in the base. The paint can be applied on all typical mineral bases, except for gypsum bases, such as: concrete, cement, cement-lime, lime-cement, lime, plasters etc., on layers reinforced with a mesh in Greinplast thermal insulation systems. It is an integral element of product ranges in Greinplast S and WS insulation systems (according to AT) and Greinplast EPS and MW (according to ETA). Upon the customerâs request, a colour scheme provided by Greinplast Tinting System (SBG) is available.
Packaged in 15, and 7.5kg containers.
The material should be stirred directly before the application. The product is ready to use; do not dilute with water. Apply with a brush or by spraying.
Show moreThe priming paint colour should be matched with the colour of decorative plasters, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The ambient temperature during the paint application and drying should be between +5°C and +30°C. The optimal application temperature is +20°C. Do not use when the base temperature is lower than +5°C. The specified processing and drying times may be subject to considerable variations under the influence of adverse weather conditions. During paint application and drying, the surface should be shielded against rain, wind and excess sunlight until it is completely dry. When used in enclosed spaces, air them until the characteristic smell is removed. The product contains additives that may react aggressively with metals, glass and wood. Secure surfaces exposed to contamination; any stains should be removed before drying.
