Used to fix insulation boards to walls made of various materials during the thermal insulation of buildings in systems in which boards are simultaneously fixed mechanically, and to fix insulation boards during the thermal insulation of roofs and slab roofs. Can be used to glue and sound-proof ledges, coffers, wall panels, metal sheets etc. Also, as to fill in crevices and gaps between panels and insulation boards.
Packaged in 750ml containers.
The glue can should have a temperature of >5°C (recommended +20°C). Directly before glue application, stir the can content by intensive shaking for ca. 30 seconds. Screw the can onto the gun and adjust the application nozzle with a knob at the back of the handle. Keep the gun tip at 1-2 cm from the base. Apply at least three parallel paths at a width of 3 cm, directly on the panel surface – make sure it is done along all edges. The maximum distance between paths – 30 cm. After ca. 1 minute, put the panel on the wall, slightly press and decide its final position within a maximum of 8 minutes (at +20oC and 65% RH). At higher temperature and humidity values, the correction time is shorter; at lower values it is longer. Openings and joints between panels should be filled with the same product (during hardening the glue forms a foam and fills empty spaces). Excess glue should be removed mechanically after hardening, and fresh stains – with a liquid for foams (attention! contains strong solvents; it is recommended that a base resistance test should previously be carried out). After the completion of works, close the adjustment nozzle. The gun with fixed glue can may be stored in a vertical position for longer periods of time; there is no danger of nozzle clogging.
Show moreDo not use during rain and strong wind. Insulation panels on vertical surfaces should be additionally fixed mechanically.
