Used to smoothen drywall boards (it should not be used to join boards) and slightly coarse surfaces inside buildings, in rooms not exposed to continuous moisture. The product can be applied on mineral bases, such as: cement, cement-lime and gypsum plasters, drywalls and âPro-Montaâ boards, concrete, cellular concrete etc.
Packaged in 17, and 8kg containers.
In order to obtain the right working consistence, a small amount of water may be added (not more than 1% per package). Directly before the application, the substance needs to be stirred with the low-revolution agitator. Too high rotational speed may lead to aeration of the material, which will then result in the formation of air bubbles during application. Apply evenly, pressing strongly against the base, at a thickness of ca. 1 mm. Thin luting of possible uneven spots is allowed. The drying time depends on the air temperature and humidity; usually, it is 12 hours. After drying is complete, the surfacer should be ground, dust residue be removed, and the surfacer primed.
Show moreDo not use to connect drywalls. Stainless tools must be used in mortar application (trowels, long floats etc.). The ambient temperature during the application and drying should be between +5°C and +30°C. The optimal application temperature is +20°C. Do not use when the base temperature is lower than +5°C. Do not use in rooms exposed to continuous moisture. Tools should be washed with water directly after the completion of works. Stains should be removed before they dry up. Information contained in the manual help ensure the optimal use of the product, however, it does not create any legal liability of the Manufacturer, due to the fact that the conditions of use remain outside of its control. Surfacer consumption depends on the evenness degree at the base.
