Used to smoothen drywall boards and slightly coarse surfaces inside buildings, in rooms not exposed to continuous moisture. The addition of reinforcement fibres increases the mechanical resistance and prolongs the time of putty processing. The product can be applied on mineral bases, such as: cement, cement-lime and gypsum plasters, drywalls and âPro-Montaâ boards, concrete, cellular concrete etc.
Packaged in 25, 17 and 8kg containers.
Directly before the application, the substance needs to be stirred with the low-revolution agitator. In order to obtain the right working consistence, a small amount of water may be added (not more than 1% per package). Apply evenly, pressing against the base, at a thickness of ca. 1 mm. After drying, the application of further layers is possible, until desired effects are achieved. The drying time depends on the air temperature and humidity; usually, it does not exceed 12 hours per 1 mm of the layer thickness. Before painting begins, the completely dry surfacer should be ground, and dust residue be removed. When spraying, the material should be stirred directly before the application. Apply with a plastering unit, using a gun with exchangeable nozzles. The working pressure to be used is ca. 230 bars with 0.027-0.031” nozzles (tested with Speeflo PowrTwin 6900GH XLT unit, manufactured by Wagner®). Right after spraying the surface should be levelled and left to dry.
Show moreThe ambient temperature during the application and drying should be between +5°C and +30°C. The optimal temperature during application +20ºC. Do not use when the base and ambient temperature is lower than +5°C. Do not use in rooms exposed to permanent moisture. Tools should be washed with water directly after the completion of works. Stains should be removed before they dry up. We do not accept any responsibility if the material is combined with products from other Manufacturers. Information contained in the manual help ensure the optimal use of the product, however, it does not create any legal liability of the Manufacturer, due to the fact that the conditions of use remain outside of its control. Surfacer consumption depends on the evenness degree at the base.
